What does the package look like?
The shipping packaging we use is made of grass cardboard. We believe that it is important to use as much recycled material as possible. You can recognize the packaging by the natural color of cardboard with a light green tint with Sensage's bird on it.

Placing an order
You place an order by putting the item you want in your shopping cart. You then go through the ordering process and fill in the required information. When all information is complete, you complete the ordering process by making the payment. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days!

Delivery times
The delivery time of a product is between 2 and 3 working days. Your order will always be processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days!

Postage costs
When the value of your total order exceeds €30, you can enjoy free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders with a total value of less than €30, the shipping costs in the Netherlands will be €6.95. For orders from Belgium, the PostNL shipping costs with track and trace are €13.00. For orders within the rest of Europe, the shipping costs are €18.50.

Track order
You can track your order with the track and trace code you received from PostNL. As soon as your order has been processed and is at PostNL, the Track & Trace will be active. Click here to go to the Track & Trace page and track your order.
