Due to logistical challenges, orders in July and early August can be delivered less quickly. Expect 5 to 10 working days for the receipt of your order in these months.

It is possible that you are not satisfied with your order or that it has been damaged during shipping. You can return the item within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition and with tags and labels in the original packaging. The article must not contain any traces of use.

You are responsible for sending the item on time and for providing it with Track & Trace . Use the return form to return your order. You can do this one here to download. You can expect the purchase amount to be refunded to your account within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are not reimbursed.

Please note: Some products cannot be returned after use due to hygiene regulations. This is indicated in the general terms and conditions.

Yes, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Download the return form here . Has the 30-day reflection period expired? Then you will need a valid reason to return an item. Please contact us via one of the different ways on the contact page. You can find these here .

To check the progress of your order, go to the Track & Trace page by clicking here . Enter the Track & Trace code that you received in the order confirmation.

It is possible that the Track & Trace does not display any information yet. Do not panic! This is because it only displays information once your order has been received by the carrier. Orders are always processed within 24 hours on working days.

If you have not received your order after 3 working days, this may be due to various reasons. It may be that the carrier is very busy at the time of ordering. Or because it was not possible to ship your product on time due to pressure on our side. When the value of your total order exceeds €30, you can enjoy free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders with a total value of less than €30, the shipping costs in the Netherlands will be €6.95. For orders from Belgium, the PostNL shipping costs with Track & Trace are €13.00. For orders to the rest of Europe, the shipping costs are €18.50.
